I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow, a role I have held since August 2023. Prior to this, I served as a Senior Research Fellow at Presidency University, Kolkata, where I joined the Department of Economics in January 2020 after successfully clearing the UGC NET JRF examination in June 2019. My academic journey culminated with the completion of my Ph.D. in August 2023 at Presidency University.

With a background that spans academia and industry, I have previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata, where I taught statistics, Indian financial system, business environment, and principles of finance. Additionally, I gained valuable industry exposure as a Business Analyst and Data Scientist at Evalueserve,Bengaluru, which has equipped me with the expertise to teach data science effectively. Furthermore, I have completed several papers in Actuarial Science, clearing seven actuarial science exams, which gives me a significant advantage in teaching finance and statistics.

My scholarly contributions include publications in prestigious Scopus-indexed international journals and active participation in national and international conferences. Proficient in spatial econometrics and deeply committed to sustainable development goals, my research focuses on the intersection of gender, education, and health, with a keen eye on policy implications.
