Hi,
Myself Aakash Gupta, Join me to learn the mysteries and develop intuition of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Classes 11 and 12) and crack competitive exams like JEE Mains and Advanced. I Also teach Electronics courses like Network Theory, Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits and Solid State Devices at the University level.
I believe in online learning as it has shaped my own career significantly this includes video lectures and pdf notes.
Academically I have completed my Bachelors of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Madras(IIT-M) Majoring in Aerospace Engineering with Minors in Integrated Circuits and Systems.
Post my Bachelors I worked under Prof. Sankaran Aniruddhan of Dept. of Electrical Engineering in the field of RFIC Design here I was given 3GPP specification document out of which I derived the specification for the NB-IoT transmitter, implemented power mixer topology. I used cadence virtuoso tool for the schematic design and simulations were done using spectre. This was followed by balun design and simulation using EMX. Post schematics layout was done and post layout parasitic extraction using calibre. The calibre file was simulated and iteration were done in the layout to perfect it. Post this the chip was sent for fabrication to TSMC in TSMS 65nm GP Process. In the mean time I designed the PCB for testing the Chip and simulated it using Ansys HFSS Software.
Right now I am pursuing my MS(Research) from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur(IIT-K) in Microelectronics and VLSI Design with focus on Analog Mixed signal and RF IC Design.
Achievements : - 1. JEE Advanced 2015 All India Rank : - 2,660 out of 200,000 selected students from JEE mains pool of 1.5 million students.
2. GATE(Electronics and Communications) Qualified

Founder and Director (Oct, 2021
–Present) at Electrophynics Technologies Pvt Ltd
Worked on Solar chargeable power banks. I started by setting the specifications of charge capacity, size of the unit and ways to put solar cells on the body of the power bank. I started by designing the schematics for the circuit in KiCad and simulated many of the parts (like gate drivers) using ngspice in built Kicad. Learnt about MPPT in solar power converters for max power. Did the layout of the PCB layout as per the specifications of PCB manufacturer. Apart from the engineering side I also did market research for the same recognizing the customer willing to pay for the products.

Project Associate (Aug, 2020
–Oct, 2021) at Indian Institute of Technology Madras, chennai
Worked under Prof. S. Aniruddhan and Prof. Radha Krishna Ganti in the field of RF IC Design. My work was to design, simulate, layout and post layout PEX of integrated circuits using cadence virtuoso and caliber. The team worked on NB-IOT Transceiver. I did transmitter part. I started by deriving the specifications of the entire transmitter from the standard document. After getting the specifications of the total transmitter I worked out specifications of the Individual blocks. Now after getting the specifications of individual blocks we worked out existing circuit techniques and tried to beat them by using novel techniques. The technology used by our team is TSMC-65nm. Designed On-Chip Transformer, simulated it using EMX. The chip was taped out. I also designed & simulated (HFSS) the PCB for testing the chip.
