I know that how I faced problems when I was a student, because some teachers never understood and supported me the way I wanted to learn. I had good marks in the subjects were my teachers understood what I needed and how I wanted to learn their subjects, marks in the sense, it was like a mere satisfaction after writing that subject's exam,"Yeah, I have learnt something!". My moto of teaching has only one rule: "Understand the student, teach them, learn with with and grow together with them" It's not about the marks, ultimately, its your satisfaction after learning that subject!
