Greetings, My name is Zaiba Siddique and i hold a distinction of being a Gold Medalist in Psychology, coupled with over 7 years of certified teaching experience spanning from elementary to University level. I hold a deep-seated passion and appreciation for the art of teaching. As both a psychologist and an experienced student counselor, i am endowed with essential qualities of diligence, drive, empathy and adaptability which enables me to devise effective solutions.
My pedagogical approach is both flexible and contemporary, designed to cultivate and enhance my students' critical thinking, creativity, curiosity in learning, problem solving abilities and meta-cognitive skills. I am proficient in teaching a wide array of subjects, including, Science (Biology-Chemistry-Physics), English, Urdu and specialize in various areas of Psychology, such as, Developmental Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Physiological basis of Psychology, Positive Psychology and many more.
My assessments methods are typically both formative and diagnostic, encompassing, short and regular quizzes, periodic feedback, presentations, homework/assignments, checklists and surveys. Furthermore, I am fluent in English, Urdu, Pashto and Punjabi and I possess expertise in using technology for online teaching purposes.     I worked as student counselor in CPD (Counseling and Placement Directorate, University of Wah). I mostly deal with following issues of students such as:

    Exam anxiety, Low self esteem, Procrastination, Assertiveness, Low Confidence during Presentation.
  • Teacher (Dec, 2017–Feb, 2020) at University of wah wah cantt
    Worked as a full time teacher in University. I taught almost variety of subjects such as developmental psychology, History of psychology, Introduction to psychology, Counseling Psychology, Positive Psychology and Physiological basis of Psychology. During teaching at University Level, i incorporated multiple methods (including teacher centered learning, group learning, project based learning etc.) to assist my students in academics and also to foster their critical thinking ability, communication style and creativity.
