I teach according to interest, level, need of the student. I teach according to students advise. My main focus is to convey the message or knowledge to students in simple way. I used different techniques and methods to teach the students i.e through discussion, activities, problem solving lessons and take assessment daily for the betterment of students. I give the feedback to students and their parents which help them to improve their mistakes early. I also use the digital tools for learning. I encourage positive thinking and use real time example to teach the students. I also encourage critical thinking through which I ask questions to students to let them think and to use the mind for doing any thing. My instructions and teaching techniques are straightforward. My mainly focus is to build respectful relationship between students and teachers. While teaching my main focus is to promote active participate during the class.
