Dr. Paul Bala Samura I am an online professor

I am a trained and experienced teacher. I spent ten years teaching elementary and high schools in Sierra Leone and taught college, seminary, and university students. Teaching is a hobby because I am passionate about students and the profession. My teaching styles include facilitation, demonstration, project-based learning, collaboration, and lecturing. 80% of students I taught are gainfully employed, while some have earned terminal degrees. My experiences as a pastor, youth worker, social worker, journalist, and mentor make me a great teacher. I see each student as a potential leader of a country, an institution, or an organization. Therefore, my role as a teacher is beyond passing on knowledge and skills. I prepare future leaders in all areas of life. Being a husband and father also allows me to see students through the lens of parenting and human development. As a teacher, I embody the preparation of a workforce that will transform the world with innovations.
