7. Attend staff meetings to discuss student needs and adapt lesson plans accordingly.

Qualifications:
3. Bachelor's degree in English Language or English Literature preferred.
4. Strong understanding of the English language and its grammar.
5. Familiarity with various teaching methods and instructional practices.

7. Patience, resilience, and dedication to students and education.
8. Ability to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
9. Passion for literature and language arts.
