Teaching is one kind of exchange of knowledge. I observe the student then prepare a perfect study plan fit for him/her. I will teach them in a friendly manner so that they will understand the topics and do not hesitate to ask any doubt if they have. I will take monthly tests. I focus on students learning to make a very good grip on his/her subject so that he\she will not face any shot of problem in exam. In the past, I taught some of class 10th students and scored a good result in their exam.
