Below are the brief about my roles and responsibility:
• Planning, monitoring and implementing test activities at different level of the SDLC and STLC.
• Testing activity acceptance- manual testing. Reporting, tracking and prioritizing bugs with coordination.
• Coordinating closely with Product owner, Scrum master, product managers, developers, designers and stalk holders for requirement and test coverage.
• Reporting bugs, takes follow up and provide feedback for the bug fixes on time. Tracking and monitoring bugs using JIRA tool, ALM or in excel spreadsheet.
• Finding gaps and addressing it in timely manner to set up a continuous improvement in the QA process.
• Based on feedback and performance metrics ensuring the stable releases.
• Lead the recruitment process for additional QA team members and promote a culture of quality within the organization
• Well versed in web, desktop and mobile application (Android, iOS) testing.
• Adept in UI, Functional End-to-End, Regression, Sanity, Smoke testing etc
• Evaluate the test execution results and bug reports, share and communicate to the product and development team respectively.
• Writing use cases, design test case and develop test case and track the requirement using traceability matrix.
• Hands-on experience selenium, core java, TestNG, Maven.
• Collaborating with clients and team for testing activity.
• Self-motivated, open to learn new things. Currently learning Cypress and Playwright to enhance my skills in automation.
