I am a Spritual Empowerment Coach. I am your coach in trauma healing, internal family system therapy, shadow work, mirror work, EFT, self-love, personal power, emotional alchemy, Movement therapy, transmutation. I am not a healer, I will not solve your problems by saving you. I am just a medium, a guide to help you so you can heal yourself. My role as a guide is to provide you will tools and resources, that you will implement in your daily life that will help you to step into your empowered self. Our work is not superficial. I like to go deep into my work, working with the subconscious mind, somatics (body) and emotions. One cannot heal through mind alone, we need to do the actual healing work that happens through body. I am your coach in helping you do the same.
