I am cinical experienced nursing educator, having variety of clinical exposure from ward to icu and participated in NABH assessment training and QAI assessment training (nurses)
NCLEX passed nurse. confident in teaching both theory and practical.
My methodology of teaching is concept based and clinical corelation with theory and able to adopt easily in clinical setting.
Passinate in teaching. My main focus is connecting theory into practical which helps the nurse to act promptly and develope decision making skills.
Helps students/nurse to develope assessment skills and interpret promptly.
Teaching is based on practical example and clinical based scenarios for better understanding.
