Since it is a online mode,I will create interest in students by teaching concepts in a deeper manner so that they won't forget and don't memorize blindly.Frequent tests will be conducted .I will make students to complete their work prior to their last date.I will give ideas,suggestions and tactics to handle their subjects .Today's World move towards Smart work,I will let them to know about it and make them apply in their life.Students will find friendly approach towards me so that they can share any problem or they are facing with their academics.
