Dear students,
I am a fresh graduate from University of Colombo specialized in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology with a 2nd Class (Upper Divison). Apart from that, I am currently pursuing the Graduateship in Chemistry (GIC) programme as a final year student, offered by a renowned institute in Sri Lanka, which is the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon, College of Chemical Sciences. If I give you a brief introduction on my primary and secondary education, I studied at Ranpokunugama Maha Vidyalaya, Nittambuwa, from grade 1 to 5. After the Grade 5 scholarship examination, I entered Devi Balika Vidyalaya, Colombo 08. I sat for the A/L examination in Biological Stream and was able to obtain my results as A-Biology, A-Chemistry, and B-Physics.
Now as a fresh graduate and a young individual, I would be very much pleased to give my students the knowledge I gathered throughout the time. My mission as a fresh teacher is to not only give you the knowledge but also to share my experiences throughout the academic life. I would prefer to teach you not just as a teacher but also a good friend so that we can make up a good atmosphere for the teaching and learning process. The only thing I will focus on as a teacher is to give my maximum to my students and on the other hand, what I expect from you is to work hard and study well to achieve your future goals.
