I adopt a flexible methodology wherein I believe in giving umpteen space to the student to ask questions and show creativity. Interest in a subject is crucial because it fuels motivation and makes learning enjoyable. Learning is a continuous journey, and by trying to learn something new every day, we can stay motivated and grow. No one methodology is fixed for any topic, it should be child centric and goal oriented.
Apart from all this, I think time management is another important factor in making teaching - learning process an effective one. It has to go along with the school curriculum and NEP where multimodal and activity based teaching methodologies are adopted for the benefit of the learner.
I believe to cater my students needs holistically .
Last but not the least, to become a good teacher,continuous updation and digital literacy is must nowadays, which a teacher should incorporate while making a lesson plan
