I have an experience of teaching for last 4-5 years. I believe in engaging student in lecture and enabling him to think critically. I make the student to do brain storming and learn new things by his intrinsic instincts. I always try to deliver up to date knowledge and information and make them competent. My students always show a brilliant success. There is also a question answer session that helps students a lot. I also take feedback from students and weekly report is made and analysed that helps both me and student to see progress. Furthermore,if student is lacking at some point or not understanding a particular topic, separate lecture can be arranged to overcome that. A friendly relationship is made sure so that student don not feel hesitant in asking question.
