In high school I participated in National Chemistry Olympiad and I am currently a second-year medical student. I have been teaching Chemistry for almost 2 years. I taught 10th grade chemistry and now IB chemistry HL.
I begin by teaching the new chapter and showing all of the problems possible and then I ask questions to see if the student understood what I taught. I assign homework and verify it next time. I also create tests for my students. Based on the scores, we review the chapter and insist on what needs improvement.
I can adapt depending on the students‘ needs and availability.
