Over 3years of experience as a home tutor for CBSE and ICSE students. Coming to my teaching style,My teaching style is interactive, supportive and transparent.I encourage my students to havea voice in classroom and participate actively in all conversation.My observation plays an important role if I see any problem with any child I try to help the child to express his/her problem by spending some time with the child privately. Sometimes we need to be a very good friend and a good mentor to our child so that they feel free to express them confident l without hesitation.My way of motivating students is by positive encouragement which can do wonders in my experience.I prefer praising students even when they achieve just a little progress. It's really work in my class.
