Am passionate,empathic and effective communicator .Am fair and have equal standards and expectations of my learners,regardless of their test score .I am patient, persevering and understand that educating young minds is a journey marked by incremental,sometimes even interceptive progress. I understand that all learners have different learning abilities hence ensure positive relationship with them in effort to gain trust and respect amongst. This is by knowing my learners better,providing choice and encouraging them to always be stronger and smarter everyday, which improves my learners behavior .I am reliable and trustworthy with my learners, which helps to instill value in them .When it comes to teaching,am a facilitator, where I assist the learners through out,but not solve their quarries directly,which is also known as a learner centered method of teaching.as a facilitator,I also make sure i know many learners personal traits,interests and learning styles for me to understand their problem and adopt their learning needs in order to help them succeed.
