I believe in concept based teaching instead of just memorize the topics without understanding. I try to give confidence to the students so they can express their ideas resulting in exploring their hidden skills. I can also assist in preparation of assignments and reports on different topics as anyone need. I believe that most of the students are intelligent the art is how to give them such confidence that they can do their maximum. Routine approach do not work always the students must be dealt according to their nature and skills. Various motivational tools can be used to teach the students who assume that they are weak in studies.
