Proficient in British Curriculum core subjects and have a vast experience working with individuals with special needs, e.g, ASD, Down Syndrome, ADHD and other developmental delays from ages 3 up to 18 years old. I utilised behaviour analysis principles in my teaching to better support any learning difficulties. Proficient using various prompts and prompt fading procedures, reinforcement, and behaviour management to support learning, independence and social skills. I conduct skills and behavioral assessments before creating individualised plan for each client depending on their current level or skills. Provides a termly report to parents/stakeholders.
