Hello, my name is Maxwell from Kenya . I'm a teacher by profession and I teach mathematics, geography and can also do coaching in sciences and English as a subject. My students have been producing exemplary results in the national examinations and I am here to share this experience with more students and make learning enjoyable as my students have always said.
I have various approaches to teaching which include but not limited to inquiry learning(prioritize learners' curiosity), cooperative learning, cognitive learning among others.
My mantra is that maths was never meant to be tough but enjoyable(after all it is just playing around with numbers and in some cases letters).

  • H.O.D Mathematics (Jan, 2020–Jan, 2024) at Jolaurabi School
    I was in charge of making sure that the mathematics performance in the school improved from a yearly meanscore of 45 and left with my shoulders high when the meanscore was 78. Did motivational talks to students and encourage them to fall in love with the subject for a start. Taught senior classes and also chipped in whenever necessary to junior students.
