A consummate consultant, coach, psychological counselor, and exclusive educator with extensive experience in the field, I have successfully started several schools and Individual Players from scratch and facilitated players' participation in international tournaments within a year. Additionally, I have achieved all the highest educational and instructor titles recognized by the World Chess Federation.
Dr. Dishal Ruwinga Senadheera is the first instructor to complete all FIDE (International Chess Federation) Instructor titles. Additionally, as a Chess Education Lecturer and Leading School Instructor for FIDE, and a psychological counselor, I bring a unique and holistic approach to education and coaching, ensuring the development of well-rounded individuals equipped with critical thinking, strategic planning, and emotional resilience.
I offer a unique educational approach by conducting Multiple Intelligence tests for every child (except those under 8 years old) and developing their poorer intelligence using their higher intelligence through chess.
and also prepare students to face the challenges of the 4th Industrial Revolution by training them to develop their 4C skills (Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication) as FIDE recommends
As well as I have a team that includes well-trained assistant coaches who have completed educational chess courses under my guidance.
