In my course, students not only explore the fundamentals of coding and robotics through engaging, hands-on activities using three powerful applications: Scratch, Pictoblock, and Makeblock, but they also create their DIY Toys using microcontrollers & IoT using our cardboard templates that can be downloaded through our link.
Scratch: Students will begin with Scratch, a visual programming language that makes it easy to create interactive stories, games, and animations. This application is most often used in international competitions.
Pictoblock: Moving forward, students will dive into Pictoblock, which combines the simplicity of block-based coding with the ability to interact with hardware. Through fun projects, they'll learn to control sensors and actuators, bringing their digital creations to life in the physical world.
Makeblock: Finally, the course will introduce Makeblock, a platform that integrates hardware and software for building robots and smart devices. Students will be instructed in the process of developing and coding do-it-yourself intelligent toys with microcontrollers using our DIY templates.
