The Teacher should be passionate about their subject matter, students, and career, and have a desire for strong connections based on mutual respect and trust. Above all, the teacher should cultivate a learning experience that is organized, meaningful, and enjoyable. A Teacher, or Classroom Instructor, is responsible for supervising, educating & supporting students to help them accomplish learning benchmarks. Their duties include planning lessons that target specific skills and concepts, managing classroom behavior to keep all students engaged in the lesson & providing individual support and feedback for their students. I will ensure that during class my students feel free to ask me anything. I provide every individual student support and encourage them to give feedback regarding the class.
