I am dedicated and comparative teacher initially I understand the students psychic and then I decided what strategy should implement there for teaching but I try to teach them friendly. After joining anywhere firstly I design a time table and scheduled all the activities with respect to their school time table and syllabus for a month and then I strictly follow the designed schedule so that students can prepare yourself before final examination. I always collaborate with their parents in every situation and every step so that parents can also acknowledged their childs performance and activities along with the desired outcomes that they actually want.I give home works and daily based tasks. In vacation I start to focus on writing reading dictation and English grammar.
I apply same strategy in Quran memorization onsite and online I teach one daily routine Dua on daily basis.
I also give counseling time to time in between studies so that students can prepare yourself for the day of judgement.
I do not always work hard but I do smart work and I believe your work honesty and dedication pays off.
