I First create the syllabus of relavent curriculm and teach on the base of those syllabus .I Usually apply brain storming technique,which help the student tp think about the relavent discussing topic. I always make good relationship like friend with the students which make the students comfortable and feel safe in learning environment . I always talk to student in soft voice which increse the confidence level of student and in this way student always give good result. i also know how to teach different level of student and different mind student.
