Hi,
I am a TEFL/TESOL certified trainer with 6 years of teaching experience.

I believe in learning with activity and stick to no syllabus instead follow basic conversation from the scratch.
I follow the pedagogy, where the students themselves will form the notes, instead the instructor provide the preformed syllabus.
Also, I would follow the pattern where I assess their prior knowledge and I just build up their fluency on what they know already and arrive at the final result.
