The major challenge in chemistry is to visualise the molecular world. Most of the students as well the tutors fail to convey the message of the topics to the enthusiasts and ultimately ending up getting frustrated and annoyed, in such a way that they develop fear in the subject. I always try to help weak student struggling with the subject by comparing the examples in our daily life so, as much as possible to remember and worth learning in a value system. Finally to score marks in the exam is of course an important agenda of the student; but learning with fun rather than arrogance delivers a healthy confidence to the students.
