I have really simple to understand teaching methodology. Firstly, I analyse the individual candidate based on their current level of understanding, then with their own will I make a teaching plan that suits them depending on time frame of individual, the level of understanding the candidate need. Then we carry on with the classes with predefined plan, each lecture will have a learning outcome, a small assignment, regular tests, revision from suppliment material. After all the, I take feedback from the candidate and then I make a plan to improve the candidate whenever he/she is lacking. I don't believe in being strict, as I believe education is all about learning and not a routine job that one has to do. I have a habit of taking feedback from the student/parent so that I can improve myself in terms of what I deliver. I completely understand that their are students that may learn slowly, as I have been one of them. I help the candidate whoever require any assistance outside the class hours. Believe me, it will be a great learning experience together!
