My teaching methodology is centered on the use of participative style. I am good at engaging my students, which enables me to know their strength and weaknesses, with that it helps me know how to address their weakness. My experience in teaching is over 15 years, so I know what is required to excel at every level and that's one of my guidance approach. I have helped many students to achieve their goals. I have good rapport with weak students as well. Helped them to improvise their results with significant difference. I ensure my students understand my teachings rather than memorising facts.
