I am a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT over 3 decades in CA practice mainly in the areas of Direct and Indirect Taxes,Consultancy related to Foreign Tax Policy (FTP ) and related procedures and compliances for Exporters and Importers, benefits and facilities available to them for promoting their business.

I was a teacher for Degree Colleges (Chinai Commerce Colllege and Hinduja Commerce College, based in Mumbai ) for Accountancy,Audit and Taxation subjects.
Besides this I also have teaching experience in the subject of Direct and Indirect Tax Laws for ICMA Students .

I try to focus mainly on developing conceptual clarity in the minds of students regarding taxation laws provisions,understanding the intent of lawmakers and developing their analytical ability instead of mugging up the provisions .Students should learn and understand tax laws with conceptual clarity and apply and interpret the same while solving relevant questions in the examination .
