I believe each student has a unique way of learning and students learn in an interactive mode with practical explanation rather than monotonous way of lecturing. I focus upon to understand the diversified needs of each student and guide them accordingly so that it not only gives them a better chance to score in their academics but also to understand the concepts without any pressure.
