I always follow 4E and 1R which means Explain, Explore, Examine
Explain - I do teach my students initially by theoretical knowledge, Literature which helps them to learn about the basic fundamental of the subject.
Explore - I engage my student to explore learning by doing practical and giving them work exercise to practice what they have learnt.
Examine- I conduct a test post completion of 1 module of the chapter to check their understanding and analyses of learning gap so that i can cover that before starting of 2nd module.
Reinforce - I reinforce the learning by provide them helping learning material, structure and assistance to complete the task effectively an with in a timeline.
I also do first module for free as a gift, if they have satisfied with the project we continue for future projects.
