As a Teacher It is most important to be flexible and adaptable being open minded to change is critical in this field. Adaptability makes me to understand that each student is unique with varying strengths. Another important thing which makes one a good teacher is excellent communication skills my main focus is always on communication with students to make them comfortable so that they can ask their questions easily. Patience is essentially for teachers. I prefer that for a Teacher who exhibit patience for their students can better accommodate their behavior. I always have a list of goals that should be completed by the conclusion of the school / college year.
