As an Early childhood teacher I first learn my learners strengths and weaknesses in both languages English & Kiswahili through assessing them,I put more emphasize on the weak areas e.g in reading,comprehending or even writing then I dwell so much on it to a point that my learner will understand and enjoy working it out after every strand I assess my learner and I motivate them too where they need more help i just re_teach again so as to help my learner i use songs and stories for my learner to understand more
What makes me my great teacher is that how I find my learner my goal towards him or her I have to achieve no matter how long I will take in terms of instilling wisdom,knowledge,skills and good attitude to my learner
