My name is surajit pal, currently I am pursuing m.tech in mechatronics at NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL TEACHERS TRAINING AND RESEARCH, kolkata.previously,I taught students of icse,cbse and WB board students. I have teaching experience of 4 years approximate. I can speak bengali, english, hindi proficiently. I can work through each student’s unique struggles and challenges, which may be difficult or slow-going to overcome. I believe that traits like intelligence and creativity can be developed with practice and effort.I help the students to reach more success, understand themselves better, and make well-thought decisions.
