Hello this is Ms. Aishwarya Subramanian student of smt. Sealucksea Subashkar. I am a Baradhanatyam teacher and I teach Kalakshethra style of dance from beginners to all gradings.Students will learn how to improve their stamina while dancing. Each adavus takes a month or two to complete based on the child's activity and involvement in the class. Before starting the session students do warm up and they will learn few yoga tips too, to help their body and soul healthy. To avoid exhaustion I make my students to involve in other activities like painting, reciting epic stories, free style dancing and more stuffs. Overall in each class students rest themselves after dancing, meanwhile they will learn slogas, mudhras and other theory parts. Every week they will be assigned with theory work which help them move brisk and think faster
