I obtained my Bachelor of Laws from Faculty of Law University of Colombo in 2018 and thereafter pursued my Masters in International Business (specialized in Finance) from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2020-2021.
I took oaths as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in February 2020 and have about 6 years of experience in the legal field in various capacities such as a Corporate and Commercial Attorney-at-Law, serving in different calibers of Companies.
With a strong background in lecturing at Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) for the past 5 years specifically focusing on the FCHRM to CQHRM level, I believe my experience and passion for education align in conducting the said role.
Further, I also conduct lectures on Law and Human Resource Management subjects in few other renounced universities in Sri Lanka. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the subject matter and has honed my ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.
I am confident that my teaching style, coupled with my practical experience in HR and Law, will contribute to the vibrant academic community.
