In teaching the most important part is to know how to deliver the subject matter to the diverse students in understandable way. One of my strategy to make sure my students well-understand the lesson is first, I provide interactive aids and pedagogy tools. This time I rest assured the 50% percent of the lesson would be catchable and interested. Second, to emphasize the topic to the student I do with interaction flow with communication techniques. This time I rapidly ask questions from the student about the topic so that there will be a short review drills in my lesson at the same time the it's easier for them to absorb the topic by recalling it. Thirdly, participation is the regular basis of drills in teaching. I will make sure that the topic could be fun and interested therefore the students are not forced to participate most importantly to build it's confidence and eradicate the low self-esteem. Fourthly, to maintaining the consistency of learning in way of practicing the topic using paper test, performance test, and diagnostic test. This are my initial techniques and methods in teaching profession.
