I use both demonstrator, facilitator and demonstrator teaching styles and incorporate methods to achieve great outcomes. I am learner centered and I believe in mutual agreement the learning process. I am satisfied by the learner feeling helped and the questions they had in mind have been answered. I prioritize the learners needs by ensuring that before we get to another problem we solve and agree the one at hand.The method the learner prefers carries the day because the learner matters more than anyone else. Tests and assignments should be completed on time and cheating is not allowed.
