The nature of my degree course in education has prepared me in teaching students well. My interest in teaching involves a great deal of independent research, requiring
initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. A key part of my career is helping students reach their potential in which I work towards focusing on their strengths and challenges when teaching.
