I have an experience in this field.I try to do the best that I can in the current situation that means a lot more than other teachers.
I try to do a lot of things:

I try to make my lessons as real and relevant as possible.
I try to make lesson fun and engaging.
I try to be cutting-edge with technology .
I try to help my students get the highest grade possible.
I respect and listen to my students.
My classroom management skills are ok but they could be better. I need to be more strict with young students.
