A good teacher understand their student learning needs and maintains a connection with them.
Vary your teaching styles
Different students may learn best in different ways, so changing formats can help engage everyone.
Start lessons in interesting ways
I can start with a video, object, question, movement, or mistake.
Teach them politely.
Repeat the lesson for the best result .
Use visuals
Some students are visual learners, so l can use resources that illustrate the meaning of the Quran. For example, My First Quran with Pictures by Faithbooks includes illustrations of each verse in Juz Amma to explain its meaning. I can also use flashcards to help students guess surahs based on pictures.
I can use age-appropriate, playful curriculums that include activities like watching animated stories, playing games, and listening to naat. For example, Quran Era's program takes students on a journey around the world, where they learn to read the Quran through different lessons in different countries.
Create positive pressure
Have students sit and take turns reciting an ayah from a surah. Students should remember the ayah they recite and continue reciting fluently. If a student makes a mistake, correct them, but if they can't remember the next ayah. Repeat until only one student is left, or until the remaining student is fluent. This can help students improve their memorization and pay attention to corrections
