I always focus on students who are weak in studies not only the ones who are good at it. I always believe that each and every child has his / her own talent and skills and should not be compared to others. I always focus on the clearance on the concept and teach in such a simple and easy way that every student would easily understand.I want each and every students full on participation during the class. I never scold children for their mistakes or wrong answers instead appreciate them for atleast trying to give the answer.
