I'm lenient with my teaching methods, open to mind-to-mind discussion with students, can serve as a counselor and overall, very patient with my students.
One of the things that makes one a better teacher is the various ways/style you can teach your students with. You must be diverse, action-oriented, updated and very vocal. Through various methods and long term experiences gathered, I know where and what some of my students want and some ways by which you can get the best out of the students. I'm ready to give my all.
