I make sure to teach the students in a way they can comprehend the subject matter easily . I can adopt different teaching methodolgies like discussuion method, One on one conversation, Lecture method, according to the need of student . I love to work as a friendly teacher rather than to be too strict . I prefer to take assesments from students time to time to check the progress or to see what can i do more to make it enhance progress further . I keep an eye on the students progess as well on my effort so that i can fulfil the purpose for which I al being hired as Good result are definately the ultimate goal. That I make sure to attain with my positive behaviour, Communication,Effort and dedication.
