WFirst I will give demo classes and during that time I guess what is the position of students and according to students level I will teach, and I will teach in friendly environment students learn more thing, and we do many learning activities such as class assisment, home assignment, conceptual quiz's activities, presentation etc. teaching methodology is the backbone of learning, and weekly, monthly assisments which tell us about students level, and his /her intrerst in studies, most of important thing first to need bulid confidence in students, and they can't hesitate to asked the questions
