I possess strong back ground in Chemistry and I'm committed to nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I strive to empower students to reach their full potentials through effective communication and collaboration. I aim to create a supportive and engaging atmosphere that encourages life-long learning. I utilize formative assessment like quizzes, discussion, observations and self reflections to gauge student's understanding and progress during learning process. I actively seek feedback from students and their parents or guardians, which provides valuable insights into the impact of the teaching methodology on the students. Resultantly, my students always have above 75% success in their chemistry examinations.
