My hold on the subject is my greatest achievements and the reason for the best results of my students. I usually don't teach but I discuss by which I connect to them,I can't say that I am a great teacher,but there is a lot to learn even from my students . I am working in a hospital, so it's easy for me to make my students understand what microbiology is,as we perform different tests and can see different patients.we usually go on hospital rounds for infection control and sanitation,we go to different communities while any out break to get samples by which students come to know how to collect infectious samples and how to transport it to the lab, practical knowledge can help the best to understand the subject,The best part is to listen to students so that they can express their problems and I can help in solving them. Group discussions help to transfer the knowledge from different brains .we discuss about mycology parasitology, bacteriology and equipments used in microbiology and how to sterilise them .
