My name is Maanasa and I'm a native of Bangalore, India and an alumna of Kalakshetra foundation, Chennai.
Having started training in carnatic music at the tender age of 4, I went on to train under musical giants Dr Sandhya Shankar, Shri Hariprasad Kaniyal and Shri AS Murali, to name a few.
I come from a culturally rich background and am adept at vocal music, shlokas, and also double up as a polyglot with the knowledge of various Indian languages.
I stand tall as an experienced educator and have taught in institutions that deal with special children as well as a regular school.
I have also performed Harikatha concerts across various venues and some topics of performance include Ramayanam, Bhagavatam, Tyagaraja charitram, Panchabhoota linga kshetra and Shivaji Maharaj charitram to name a few.
I'm currently pursuing Early Childhood Education in Canada.

    Music education for children conducted at teacher's residence. Multiple levels of learning achieved and successfully prepared children for various competitions, which they also won.

    Individual classes conducted online for carnatic music and shlokas. Developed a comprehensive curriculum for both and segregated with accordance to level of learning.

Fee details

    CA$25–40/hour (US$17.61–28.17/hour)

    Fees will start from $25 an hour for beginners and will gradually escalate with progress in learning levels. Fees is also variable based on the location of the classes required.
